What began as a personal journey for Mrs. Vummethala Vedavathi has grown into a trusted enterprise led by her and her two sons, V. Phanikanth and V. Vamshi Krishna. With over two decades of experience in the real estate industry, Vummethala Vedavathi’s journey is a true testament to resilience, dedication, and entrepreneurial spirit. A devoted homemaker and mother of two sons, she began her career as a real estate agent and gradually rose through the ranks, holding senior positions across multiple reputed real estate firms.
Her first breakthrough came through Sri Giri Developers, where she earned her first income under the guidance of Yadagiri Sir—an experience that laid the foundation for her future in the industry.
In 2014, her career took an unexpected pause when she was diagnosed with cancer. After years of treatment and recovery, she emerged stronger and returned to the field with renewed energy. Post-COVID, her elder son joined her business journey, followed by her younger son who left his job to support the family dream.
Together, their combined efforts and shared vision led to the founding of Sri SSV Developers, a company rooted in trust, hard work, and family values.
Vedavathi has received numerous awards and accolades throughout her career, recognizing her commitment and excellence in the real estate domain.

With over 13 years of rich experience in sales and a strong background in Media, Entertainment, VFX, and Visual Effects, V. Phanikanth brings a dynamic blend of industry expertise and leadership to Sri SSV Developers.
He began his career in 2007 as a Key Accounts Manager and went on to work with leading organizations such as Arkance, Ample Technologies, and Ark Info Solutions Pvt. Ltd., where he held the position of Territory Sales Manager for the AP, Telangana, and Karnataka regions, specializing in Foundry Software and VFX solutions.
Phanikanth holds an MBA in Marketing from Dravidian University and is a Salesforce Certified Administrator as well as a Google Cloud Certified Digital Leader—credentials that reflect his commitment to professional growth and technological adaptation.
After the pandemic impacted his corporate journey, he took time to support his mother’s real estate business. What began as a helping hand soon became a passion. Encouraged by the support and shared vision with his family, Phanikanth co-founded Sri SSV Developers alongside his mother and brother. Together, they’ve built a brand rooted in trust, experience, and innovation.
V. Vamshi Krishna brings over a decade of professional experience and personal dedication to his role as Director at Sri SSV Developers. From 2011 to 2024, he worked with a reputed design company, where he held dual roles as Category Head and Inventory Controller, showcasing his expertise in operations, organization, and leadership.
Outside the professional world, Vamshi is known for his love for music and cricket, and he finds true joy in spending time with family and friends—values that translate into the warm, people-first culture at Sri SSV Developers.
Strongly inspired by his mother’s journey and passion for real estate, Vamshi made a life-changing decision to step away from the corporate world and pursue a shared dream with his family. Joining hands with his mother and elder brother, he co-founded Sri SSV Developers, laying the foundation for a company built on trust, vision, and family unity.
Today, as a Director, Vamshi plays a key role in managing operations and driving strategic growth for the company. With a solid start and strong momentum, he looks ahead with confidence:
